Off the back of being crowned Bridging Broker of the Year at the MI Awards, we bring you a bridging related case study, Natalie Glover’s clients are experienced property developers who have completed many large-scale projects in the past.
This property happened to be their main residence that they had recently renovated using bridging finance but the loan was coming to the end of its term. The clients spotted an opportunity to apply for planning, which would involve demolishing the existing property and building a block of 8 flats.
The clients required more time to allow for planning permission to come through and recoup some of the funds already spent on architects, structural engineers and specialist reports. Natalie arranged a 12-month bridging loan through MT FInance with no exit fees. Application to offer was within 24 hours and funds were released within 14 days.
