*CASE STUDY OF THE WEEK* This week we showcase a deal recently completed by Russell Hall, Director in our Manchester office. This deal, again highlights the scope of what we can achieve for all types of property finance scenarios in the UK.
Russell’s client urgently neaded to raise capital in order to go ahead with an auction acquisition. Using his expert knowledge in all areas of commercial property finance, Russell was able to achieve competitive commercial short-term funding within the tight timeframe. There was great collaboration among all parties involved in the deal, including Vicky Sweeney, adviser in our Legal Indemnities team.
