SPF Private Clients aims to provide you with the best service possible. If a problem arises, we have an internal procedure to investigate and resolve complaints quickly and fairly.

We will acknowledge and investigate your complaint as soon as possible and provide you with regular updates throughout the process.
If our investigations are not concluded within 8 weeks, we will write to you explaining why we are not in a position to provide a final response letter and indicate when we expect to be able to do so.
If your complaint involves a regulated mortgage, an investment product or general insurance, unresolved complaints can be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service (“FOS”) . Full details of the FOS can be found on its website.
Data Protection / Privacy Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your personal data we will endeavour to resolve this as soon as possible. You can raise your complaint by contacting SPF on the above contact options. When submitting a complaint, please include as much information as possible so that it can be investigated promptly. SPF will acknowledge your complaint without undue delay and no later than 30 days. You will receive updates throughout the investigation, along with a clear explanation of our findings, any actions following this, and the outcome we have reached. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you can escalate your complaint to the supervisory authority.
- United Kingdom – Information Commissioner’s Office. You can submit your complaint to them via their online portal, by telephone (0303 123 1113), or in writing (Wycliffe House Water Lane Wilmslow Cheshire SK9 5AF).
- Hong Kong – Office of the Privacy Commission for Personal Data. You can submit your complaint via a number of method, please refer to their website for more information.
- Singapore – Personal Data Protection Commission. You can submit your complaint to them via their online portal.
