Stephen started his career as a Regional Compliance Adviser for Chase de Vere. He joined SPF in 2007 within the then Compliance and Financial Crime department. Since then, his role has expanded to include Complaints, T&C, Data Protection and Security. In 2022 he also took responsibility for Product Governance.
