Google employees will be charged a reduced SPF broker fee of £500 upon completion of the mortgage. This fee is normally up to 1 per cent of the loan amount.

This has allowed a number of Google employees to extend their mortgage borrowing beyond previously advised levels to help them achieve their dream home on the most competitive terms.
Income Stretching

SPF work with lenders who have the ability to stretch mortgage lending beyond the standard 4.5x income multiple, with a number of banks extending to 5.5x and beyond.
