PORTFOLIO REVIEW SERVICE

Landlords with four or more properties are referred to as ‘portfolio landlords’. Our buy-to-let advisers have vast experience in dealing with portfolio landlords and offer advice on portfolios held in individual names as well as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and trading companies.

A number of our clients choose to incorporate properties into limited companies and we can assist with the mortgage element of this. We are not however authorised to give taxation advice, therefore, it is important to seek specialist tax advice before setting up a limited company structure.

We offer a portfolio review service, looking at your portfolio in its entirety to determine potential solutions to reduce mortgage costs or raise further finance, should this be your preference.

We strive to provide the advice you need to help you grow your portfolio in a cost-effective way, manage it more easily and generate the best returns possible.

If you fail to keep up with payments on your mortgage a ‘receiver of rent’ may be appointed and/or your rental property may be repossessed.

We may charge a fee for the advice we provide; this fee will be dependent upon your personal circumstances and will be agreed with you after we have fully understood your requirements. Any fee is usually payable upon successful completion of your mortgage.
