Who are spf private clients?
We are an award winning national brokerage employing over 200 people, with offices in ten locations across the UK, Channel Islands, Hong Kong and Singapore.
For over 25 years we have helped our clients achieve their goals, providing expert advice across mortgages and commercial finance, insurance and financial planning.
For those clients with art collections we can specifically assist you with:
- ART FINANCE – an important part of building your collection. We can offer bridging finance to unlock the equity in your collection, sale advance loans to ensure instant receipt of capital before the formal sale has been achieved, and acquisition loans to assist with purchasing a desired work from auction.
- FINE ART INSURANCE – ensuring your artwork is adequately insured is vital. Your existing home insurance policy may not cover, or provide enough cover, and will usually require each individual item to be listed with the insurer. Our team can give you peace of mind you have adequate cover in place, ensuring your collection has been fully disclosed to the insurer and is properly covered.
SPF Private Clients is a credit broker, not a lender. Credit isn’t guaranteed and is subject to the lender’s assessment of your personal and financial circumstances.
