This client was introduced to us by another property developer client. He was buying at auction and needed a mortgage offer very quickly. Since then, we have advised the client on expanding his buy-to-let portfolio and have helped him refinance property which he has built himself. Not only have we arranged several mortgages for our client but we have also arranged a number of others for his friends, colleagues and family.
