Our client was originally referred to SPF by a friend in the summer of 2002 in order to explore the options available for his remortgage. We sourced a competitive Base Rate tracker deal with a free "remortgage package" which completed as planned in September 2002. Since then, we have arranged three subsequent remortgages for the client on both a Base Rate tracker and fixed rate basis on the expiry of these various deals.
