A change in circumstances together with timescales not being met (due to legal complications) resulted in the withdrawal of the initial offer. With the agreed deadline for the lease extension quickly approaching, the client was in danger of losing the ability to purchase the extended lease. Again, liaising with 2 sets of solicitors and getting the valuer involved, SPF was able to arrange bridging finance at very short notice. The client completed in time and was at last able to purchase the extended lease.
