What we arranged:
Since meeting our client in 2005 we have arranged several loans for him. He recently purchased a large residential farm in the south-east of England. He was seeking nearly 100% of the purchase price therefore we structured a deal whereby he was able to offer other additional security. Even though the farm generated very little immediate income, we were able to demonstrate to the bank that the client could support the bulk of the lending from his other income streams.
