International mortgages

For clients who prefer their foreign property outside of our core countries, SPF may be able to assist. In addition to arranging finance for new purchases and remortgages in the most popular overseas markets, we continually monitor new markets and opportunities. At present we have a range of financing options also available in:

Turkey - SPF can finance up to 70% of the purchase price, with a range of Euro-denominated variable, fixed and capped rates available. 

Australia and New Zealand -  With experience in dealing with mortgages for property purchases in Australia and New Zealand, SPF can provide all the information you require.  We are currently arranging mortgages up to 70% of the purchase price (valuation in the case of equity release) . 

Dubai - At present we are only able to arrange lending on villas (not apartments), and only in selected developments.

Canada - With financing options available in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and Alberta, SPF can provide mortgages up to 70% of the purchase price on residential properties.

Hong Kong and Singapore - SPF is able to arrange financing up to 70% of the purchase price in Hong Kong and Singapore. Mortgages can be arranged in local currency or sterling.
