SPF specialises in arranging mortgage finance, for new purchases and remortgages, on a residential, buy-to-let, commercial, international, agricultural, new build, renovation and development basis. We are one of the few truly national brokerages, with offices across the UK.
We can also arrange insurance – both general and commercial – through Savills Insurance Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SPF.
SPF also has a financial planning team, which can offer bespoke investment advice on self-invested personal pensions (Sipps), stakeholder pensions and group personal schemes. We can also arrange life cover.
